Role of students in free india

SPEECH:-

"ROLE OF STUDENTS IN FREE INDIA"

Good morning principle ma'am,respected teachers and my dear friends. Today I am standing in front of you to express my view on a topic " Role of students in free India ".

As we all know students constitute a vast segment of India's population.

Students , the future leader of nation have very vital role to play in their life. They are young and  energetic. They can play a major role in various development activities going in the country. If we talk about the past glory ,student play a crucial role during the pre-independence era and joined the struggle for independence.

But if we talk about the present time,the question will arise in your mind that"why they  forget their duties towards their nation.

If we think about this, we find present students have been now indulging in act of indiscipline. They misused their powers and think themselves superior.

They are misguided by others and result is that they choose the wrong pathway. Lack of proper guidance create such a circumstances that one can't believe. Now, students do not respect even their own teachers. They go to the extent of taking the law into Thierry own hands. All this adversely affects there studies and future.

Now the question is this "how to make students realise their role?"

No doubt parents and teachers will guide them.

But it is the only upto the student , what he/she decided for his life, what action he/she takes ,what he/she suggested to others. If the students respond to their duty towards their country ,there in no doubt that they will become worthy citizens.

The main duty or role of the student is to improve their skills and mental ability. Studento should inculcate in them the spirit of discipline. No nation can progress without discipline. Students should respect their parents and elders. They should respect the dignity of every person.

The students play a very important role in the society as well. As a pillar of society , student can help the poor and suffering people.

They should think of themselves as Indians first. Sometimes natural calamities like earthquakes, flood, drought etc can cause heavy loss of life and property. Students can provide relief to the stricken people by raising funds for them and organising camps to provide free services.

Students use their vast knowledge by providing education to the illiterate.

In the end I only want to say that " The students of today are the citizens of tomorrow. Thus the india of tomorrow depends only on the student's shoulder". By performing a positive and constructive role, students can make India strong and the main thing require is to take hardship in our stride and hope for good in life without thinking about the result and it's consequences. Choose the right path and progress through it. Nothing can be impossible to achieve if the cause behind it is in favour of others.
