 BANK CLERK AND ACCOUNT HOLDER


Bank Clerk:- Hi and welcome in the Bank. What can I do for you today sir.

Account Holder:- Hi, I would like to apply for a credit card, please.

Bank Clerk:- Sure sir, Do you have any accounts with us at the moment.

Account Holder:- No I didn't.

Bank Clerk:- No problem, I can help you to apply for a credit card today if you like.

Account Holder:- OK ,thank you ,I'd like that.

Bank Clerk:- OK,I will need you to please fill out an application forms. Do you know which of our credit cards you would like to apply for.

Account Holder:- Not ,yet , could you please give me more information about the cards available?

Bank Clerk:- Yes , of course. Here is the brochure about our most popular cards.

Account Holder:- Thank you.

Bank Clerk:- I'm happy to help you pick the right card for you. Could I ask you a few to better understand what you are looking for?

Account Holder:- Yes please, that would be helpful.

Bank Clerk:- Ok that's great. Firstly ,what credit limit would you like to apply for.

Account Holder:- I would like a 400000 spending limit

Bank Clerk:- We have three cards available with 400000 spending limit. Are you looking for reward program with your card?

Account Holder:- Yes, I would like to collect points whenever I use the card.

Bank Clerk:- Wonderful, well ,we have a card which best suit your needs. One is our platinum flyer card , the other is our gold shopper card.

Account Holder:- What's the difference between the two?

 Bank Clerk:- The platinum flyer card has higher rate interest, but there is no annual fees, but there is a promotional offer for 0% interest for the IRM on balance transferred.

Account Holder:- I don't like to fly that much. Can you tell me about the gold shopper card.

Bank Clerk:- The gold shopper card has a lower interest rate. This card gives you reward points in our reward programme. But there is a 4000 annual fee.

Account Holder:- I don't mind paying the annual fees. What can I do with the reward points?

Bank Clerk:- You can redeem the point of petrol station. You get a free litre of petrol for every 100 points.

Account Holder:- I'd like to apply for the Gold Shopper card please.

Bank Clerk:- OK, here is the application forms. Please fill the details. How many years you have been in your current position. Do you have identification with you?

Account Holder:- Yes, I have my driving-licence with me.

Bank Clerk:- The bank will do a credit check. Could you please tick the box starting that you know and accept this rules? Thank you.

Account Holder:- Ok, I'm finished, here's the form and here's my driving licence.

Bank Clerk:- Thank you, I will make photocopies of your ID and be right back.

Account Holder:- OK. 

Bank Clerk:- All done, you should hear from someone within next 48 hours to let you know whether you have been approved or not.

Account Holder:- Great , thank you.

Bank Clerk:- Thank you. Is there anything else could I do for you today sir?

Account Holder:- No thank you so much. That's all.

Bank Clerk:- OK thank you , have a nice day sir.

Account Holder:- You too.
