Reforms in educational system for future

Changes ,I want in my educational system:-

We all know how much importance did education play in our life, But can we seriously know how to approach for that ,no I don't think so. "Today education become the path to make student in that situation where he wouldn't able to get out of that", said by many peoples but the reality is totally different and what I want to convey here.

Good morning Respected principal ma'am, respected teachers and my dear friends. Today I am standing in front of you in order to present my view on the topic "What changes I want in my educational system ". Friends I want to tell the facts here what I have experienced and if you will find my words right ,so try to spread that but if you find this wrong so doesn't matter, please listen this just as an theory.  

As we always have to cross three steps to enter into the stage of graduation:-1st to 8th,9th to 10th and 11th to 12th.

Among the three ,the first two stages are not so difficult but the last third stage was difficult not because of huge course ,but because of the schedule which totally shattered  here and there. Student get perplexed at this situation and don't know where to approach further .Lots of scope make the students confused what to opt and not only this ,after opting the stream not know how to approach further.

I recall a short incident which I want to share with others. Once I will call three students from the three different stages i .e, one student from 1st to 8th , second one from 9th to 10th and last one from 11th to 12th and ask the same question from everyone. What difficulties you are facing in your studies?. 

First student replied that "not so much ,I was able to cover my work easily ,not so much burden". 

Second student replied "a little bit because I have to opt two tuitions (S.s.t and English )" but the Third student didn't reply anything. I am asking what's happening, he replied my schedule was so hectic .I ask please tell me ,I want to know and I request him to tell his daily schedule. He said ,I woke at 5:00am early in the morning ,doing my studies till 6:30am and after that make myself ready for school. I leave my home around 7:15am in order to reach my school on time  .The school get over at 1:30pm and that I reach around 2:00pm in my home. After taking lunch and rest for a while ,I again complete my tuition work from 2:30 to 3:30pm and leave the home for Coaching.

I have Coaching till 8:00pm (Physics ,Chemistry , Mathematics and Computer),one hour each. I reached the home around 8:30pm and same after taking the little bit rest and supper, I again starts my studies around 9:30 till 11:00pm.

I  was so tensed after listening this, think about how much that student tensed who had experienced this now and in the future also.

   But the question is that Who are responsible for this?. What things make this situation arises and what is the need of all this?. Many says school, others say educational system ,some say lack of ignorance, some says student's mentality and son on . . . . "But in reality it just the outcome of what we didn't want to accept and kept our eyes hidden from those facts", that's the reality.

When I am at your age ,I didn't have that much courage to say what I want to bring changes in my educational system. But now I want to tell so that you will understand the reality behind all this.

Just think about the situation and everything is clear in front of your mind screen. Think about the system where :-

1.You have taught each of five subject(mainly in 11th and 12th) with a duration of 1 hour each subject i.e. if we talk about the third student stage/schedule,7:30 to 8:30am(First subject) ,then 8:45am to 9:45am(Second subject),then 10:00 am to 11:00am(Third subject),then 11:00 to 11:20am(lunch time), then 11:20am to 12:20pm(fourth subject) and then 12:30pm to 1:00pm(fifth period)

2.This schedule is prevailed five days in a weeks

3.Last day of the week(other that five working days),there will be practical periods(1hour for chemistry practical, 1hour for physics practical and 1hour for computer practical).

4.In this whole schedule ,student get all the things (notes, tests, quiz , query _solving ,interaction with teachers and many more which they approaches the coaching to get all that.

Now think you have reach your home after completing all your schedule around 2:00pm and you are sure that till 11:00 pm ,you have sufficient number of hours to manage your all needs(studies, games, enjoyment ,time for family, parties ,means everything which you compromise  due to hectic schedule).Think your parents will not say "why are you taking so much burden ".It was very common thing that when you leave home around 7:15am and reach the home around 8:00pm at night, parents worried about you and when they say "go for sleep my child ,you will study the whole day", you will think about yourself and introspect yourself and found ya.... I have study from others  full day but didn't get time to study from myside. And that situation makes you feel low and sad and generate the feeling of anger in you. But if this schedule followed , you will find yourself happy ,free like a bird and enjoy every moment.

Think that you have sufficient time not only to manage your studies ,not only for enjoyment but also to set the goals ,dreams for your future and work for that. In the present scenario where schedule is so tensed ,students didn't have time to think about there future. But they can by bringing just a little change.

I think so every school teachers was awesome, knowledgeable ,full of wisdom ,every school staff would hire best teachers but need of an hour just to make the environment ,surrounding according to your needs and for your better future.

But now the main question is that How to incorporate all this ?

I always said one thing  "No system is perfect, we have to make the system perfect ,we have to change the system , we have to lead it and finally we have to create the examples for others.

You all are the only one who make this possible but taking responsibility is a bigger task than just think about that situation, Try to discuss about this schedule with your school campus, with your society members , friends and make the necessary arrangement for this,

 You are the only one who can bring any change at any instant of time, but require a deep introspection what I said or What I want to said. Instead of indulging yourself at other place, just believe in you and depend on yourself to make yourself free from hectic schedule. With your efforts, one day this schedule prevails and you all create the examples for one and all.

 I think so you all are so much intelligent to decide now whether I am correct or not. If I am right, try to create a plan to execute your thinking by indulging yourself iand If you find me wrong ,just ask yourself "Are you have any valid reason for that". If you have , interpret my speech just as an theory and think about much better than me.
